Default Directions for Easter Basket and Runner

Both are modified to my designs. I started with the Mexican Star Basket and have made changes to make it easier to make and make quickly. the Runner is just three 12 inch blocks with one cut on the diagonal. I used the Antique Tile block. See my other post for a pdf of some directions. Phannie.

The basket is just cotton batting with darts. Makes it stiff enough to stand. I did put a strip of mylar in the handle to keep it standing.....

I did search on this site and found the basket pattern is called Mexican Star Basket, I haven't found the table runner yet but having read all the entries either.
