    Default Hot Hearts

I have started some crazy hot hearts, these will be in a small quilt about 50x50 or when I get tired making blocks. They are 7x7, I should have made them bigger lol.

Anyway these six are from the Laurel Burch line of fabric, I love her fabrics. I made these six today. Then there is the pic of all the blocks so far and two 10 ins big blocks of the midnight kitty and the summer kitty, these two will be pillows after I add more strips. It was fun sewing today, I get inspired by all the pretty fabric in my stash.

Ohhhhh I love Laurel Burch fabric!!! Your hearts are gorgeous!! But I think I would sash the blocks so that each one would stand out.

Love your cat blocks! Doesn't one of the hearts have a person on it?

What a great use of scraps in fabric that you love. I have a long time friend who loves the same "cat line".

These are beautiful. Looking at the first picture, it looks like you do not have a seam in the 'heart'. Can you share your method or pattern? Thanks

Yes - skinny sashes will make every block stand out and yet keep the basic design.
