Wonderful inspiration. I have not really put my quilts out in the house, due to lack of wall space, but might just move some stuff around to put in my cuties.

Drew:
The quilt behind the bed was so large (queen-sized) that the hubby made a special hanger out of hooks and an iron rod. Of course the hooks went into the studs in the wall.
The remaining quilts that are a bit smaller are just hung with old, worn out sewing machine needles that I save just for hanging quilts. They don't make a great big hole, so that I can change out the quilts I hang on the drywall with each season or whenever the whim hits me.
Hope that this explanation helps!

Emmy: I use worn out sewing machine needles so that the hole is minute (small) and I can change out the quilts whenever I want.
Try the idea and you too will be hooked!

I want to do this in my home as I get better at quilting. Yours looks beautiful. I like all of them, and especially how you change for the seasons.

I like your work. Thanks for sharing. I looked at your entrance way quilt for "when the snow starts flying" and thought I could use something like that as it is snowing here and never has in the last 22 years of living here so we are finding it special except for having to walk up our hill yesterday after work as road to snowed up and of course we are not prepared for this weather with any chains. Nice work.
