    Here's what I've been doing the last 4 months. My granddaughter, Zoey, has a new dress on that I made. It's the 2nd one I made her, but I don't have pictures of the first one. I'm slowly getting back to quilting, but most of my time is spent smiling at this one.

    That's a store-bought quilt. It has big flowers and bugs on it so it's great for "tummy time". The one I made her is in her crib.

    What a happy, beautiful, baby. You are truly blessed.

    This is my favorite and was my way of raising babies - now just replace sscrubbing with quilting.

    The cleaning and scrubbing can wait till tomorrow
    But children grow up,
    As Iíve learned to my sorrow.
    So quiet down cobwebs;
    Dust go to sleep!
    Iím rocking my baby
    And babies donít keep.

    Love that poem. I made a cross-stitch picture of that before Zoey's mother was born. Perhaps I should give it to her.

    I did this in crewel embroidery when I was expecting my son. I still have it. My DDIL informed me they are going sans birth control, so I'm hoping to give it to them when my first grandchild comes along...soon, I hope!
