My first sewing machine was my mother's treadle. That one is sure cute, though.
I wonder if it isn't just easier to teach kids to sew on a real machine.

That is adorable! I have a couple of toy machines and hope to put them in my sewing room someday.

I had "Little Red Spinning Wheel". Made horsey line. This must have been a precursor.

I didn't have one either. I learned to sew on my Mom's treadle machine at a young age. :) I do know that I would have cherished my own machine though. :)
