I'd quilt around each flower and then fill the spaces between with a leaf and vine. Then I'd quilt the squares on the diagonal, the green diamonds would get diagonal lines, the floral print the leaf and vine again and the striped border would get bead boarding.

Oh my, i've seen some large areas like that quilted with a vase of flowers over flowing.

That is just beautiful. I would quilt aroung the flowers. I like the idea of vines and leaves too. Whatever you do it will be great.

You could put a large motif in the middle and then work around filling that block. Very pretty quilt.
