Ninnie your quilt is beautiful, have watched progress thus far but didn't expect sashings to make such a difference, absolutely beautiful and I echo all the comments made on your journey through this - it's hard to think of something different to say, but the casual approach to sorting fabrics was inspirational - thank you for sharing it. I too have spells of wanting to keep sewing, like the Pam Bono's Flying Home quilt I did, the flying geese triangles were great for that and string piecing log cabins.
