Hungry Caterpillar quilt set on the bias

Who would have thought this small quilt would give me so many problems.. I finally got it done with the help and great advice for the ladies on this form.. I did have to take the borders off and sew them back on the way you all told me to, with the blocks being on the bias the quilt stretched so much it was all real wavy..I finally got it done and thing looks fine now and it's ready to go to it's new home for a new baby girl..I put a bigger print of the hungry caterpillars fabric on the back as the front had little caterpillars on it and wanted to make it go together..

Thanks ladies for all your help on my little quilt....

I like your quilt very much. That was such a fun line of fabrics for children. I am happy, for you, that you stuck with the project until you had achieved your goal. The people on this board are the source of good advice; much of it comes from their own experiences. I'm sure your cute quilt will be loved by the family.

I loved reading that book to my children when they were small. I love seeing that you'll introduce this caterpillar to a new generation. Lovely quilt.

Beautiful and colorful for a child! I made one too... it was the panel plus some borders. Love that line of fabric and the book!

Thanks everyone for your wonderful remarks on my quilt. I don't think I could have finished it without your help..
I almost tossed it out LOL I really hate to rip out seams but all in all I was glad I stayed with it and got it done..I'm not the greatest sewing bias quilts but I do like the looks of them..
Thanks again everyone for your help

Good job. Some quilts seem to take on a life of their own after all it is a "caterpillar". Thanks for posting.
