:oops: This is my second try, think I've just deleted the last post, so here goes. The pattern is from Fabled Flowers by Kumiko Sudo. The individual Hydrangeas are made from 44 circles folded into squares, then folded again into smaller squares. They are then tacked to the background, I've added beads to mine. Here are some pictures, hope I don't stuff up again.

Thanks for showing the complete quilt plus close ups:) I can now truly appreciate the work involved. Maybe you could post a quick tutorial on folding the circles...I'm a little dense :)
