well i will agree and say that this is absolutely beautiful and proud u should be it is very well done, but as for my , my orange and Siamese furball babies would have a confetti party with that many pieces and then my husband adn son woudl think i had lost all my marbles, ... so so pretty and love the colors,

This is a gorgeous quilt.
I would not do a boarder at all except if it needed to be larger for a bed. Even then I would be tempted to just make the quilt larger.
As for quilting...I would not do an all over stipple...but I would do a big wave/flame/swirl pattern.
I would not quilt the individual squares and such because that is too much quilting.

OMG! Wonderful! All these great starts for the new year ......I can't decide whether I'm inspired or overwhelmed; you all are amazing, this is the perfect example of that!
