This is so cheerful and lovely. Your granddaughter has a great eye. Nice gift and the bag idea is wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

Pretty colors nice simple pattern, I like it! I wish I'd pick an easy one already cut out sometime. Probably won't though, I'm a glutten for punishment and love every minute of it.

How cute is that and there's nothing like a little "instant" gratification! What a great idea with the bag. Fun, fun bright colors.

What a great Grandmom you are---and so thoughtful to make a carry bag also. Very lucky girl and I'm sure she'll love it.
    Congrats, Kutnso

Your Instant Gratification quilt is pretty darned cute. I can see how she fell for the colors and finished it looks so pretty. That is how to bring sunshine into your room even in the dead of winter.

Isn't it easy to "cave" in to those "grands"? It's well worth it to make them happy.

I love bright colors so gotta love this too. The bag is really cute too.

My 10 yr old granddaughter picked out some fabrics from my stash for a hobo bag she wanted. She did such a good job putting colors together, I asked her to match up some more sets for me. Kids are amazing.

The quilt and the bag are so nice. She has good taste. I love the idea of the small ties at the top of the bag.

Looks like your both a winner with this one. You for your skills; your GD for her taste in fabric.

i love it and i think instant gratification is a necessary part of quilting with all of the patience we have to muster most of the time ;-)
