    Pretty stars and fabric color choices. I like the name you chose for your quilt. Do you hoop the quilt to do your embroidery designs?

    I do hoop the quilt when I use motifs from the embroidery machine. I have a nice extended table on my Janome 14000 and I leave the bottom hoop on the machine adjusted to be a little loose. I pin a template on the block exactly as I want it sewn and then center my block and add my top hoop with magnetic clips. It is really simple and does not require a lot of "wrestling" with the hooping process.
