Love this quilt! Great pattern, colors, and quilting. Love the message quilted in. What an enormous gift.

I like how those nine patches fit in. What is this pattern called?
The Book is called Coffee-Time Quilts By Cathy Wierzbicki
The pattern is called Cappiccino Crossroads
When I was this pattern I immediatly saw it in watercolors. I see lots of quilts in watercolor. They are my favorites! I did a watercolor bargello and love it too.
Thanks so much for your kind words! :-D

She is very special to both my DH and I. She reached out to us and continues to do so during what could be much more stressfull times. She is also a thyroid cancer survivor too  So she is well aware of the road I am traveling. This quilt I made for her looks so much like the vista we have outside our window at her apartment. She was giggly and tickled when she was the quilt. I am so thrilled it is special to her.
Thank you so much for such sweet words...hmmm I love the name you came up with"Blanket of Love" That is beautiful!

You have one lucky, and loving friend. Such beautiful blocks and quilting.

And, you've inspired me, too. I'm gonna get the pattern if I can.
