You did a fabulous job - love it! I did the same thing with my Log Cabin Dreams quilt. Felt a little guilty for not purchasing the pattern, but when you can easily draw it out on graph paper.....

You did a wonderful job, especially with the great prints! I had the same idea and made this top a few months ago, only I just used reds and black.

Ooooh! The black really makes it pop. Love yours too. Is it quilted yet? I like how the black works but thought it might not be good for a child's quilt. Yours is great, though.

Hi Busy Fingers...I am not sure what the rules are for sharing a pattern that is for sale from a catalog. Anyone know if it would be ok to give the directions I figured out for this?
