Yes, please show us the finished quilt. "Borrowing" patterns seen is a long tradition amoung quilters. Don't try selling the product EVER because that could get you caught in copyright violations.

I saw a picture of a quilt kit in one of the quilting magazines. I really liked it and then I thought...I can make that...and so I did. Drew it out on graph paper and figured out how many squares and HST's I would need. Since I needed to make a baby (actually 1 year old) quilt anyway, I thought this would be bright and cheerful and still be able to be used as she grew up. Just have the top done today and will send to LAQ as soon as I get the backing cut out.

I do the copy from picture quite often. I aced geomatry(sp) in h.s. and Ifeel this keeps my 75 yr. old brain exercised now. Someday my sweet daughters will find boxes full of orphan blocks with a picture inclosed to show what I copied. I get better inspiration from QB sites than any of my quilt magazines any more.
