    Thanks to moonpi and quilt woman and the ladies in chat, without ya'll's help, I couldn't have done it!

    This will be the center of a quilt for my bed. It's from scraps I had left over form other quilts.

    I am thinking a cream background. I'm also thinking of 4 smaller ones in the four corners of the quilt.

    this is beautiful. the colors are terrific. how long did it take to do it? how big is it? i've always been afraid of that one. was there a tutorial on it?

    Ok now I've seen 2 of these drop dead gorgeous stars on the the board, what pattern is it. Is it hard? I'm totally in love.

    Thats lovely I would like to have a go at that design , I think a tutorial would be a good idea and would be grateful to anyone prepared to do one.
