    Wow, your work is absolutely beautiful. So sorry sales didn't mirror your talent. Better luck next time. I have found that most people don't know what hand made craftsmanship is worth & that's really too bad.

    I am not surprised that sales were not good. Seems like people are there to look, but not many sales. Your work is beautiful!!

    If your area has an art/craft fair it might work out better. Craft fairs here have thing under $10 but the art/craft fairs have igher priced items into the hundreds and people expect to pay more and are willing to do so.

    I feel your pain! For a few years I did the craft show thing and it was just never very worthwhile for me either. Lots of work and heavy lifting without much monetary benefit. I have the same results with my own garage sales.

    You have a beautiful display and beautiful quilts. It's nice that you educated people that you don't have to have an expensive quilt to make beautiful quilts. Perhaps the next event you go to you can sell more items, as each show is different. I especially love your peacock - gorgeous.
