    I will send pics when Im in the middle of an applique quilt then you can see reality!

    Now my dream "studio" is to bust out the wall in that walk in closet and access the space over the three car garage which is probably 600-700 SF of useable space taking out for the angles of the rafters. I have wanted to do that for years, but that would make my home the largest in the neighborhood with one of the smallest lots. Since property values have dropped 35% I think it would price me out of the market for the area I live in.

    Right now I might be lucky to net out what I paid for it in 1990 since Im retiring in 8 years I dont think I would recoup the cost but I can dream.

    I'm jealous. I have been banned from the family camera I am the worst photographer on this planet. But would love to have a sparkling clean sewing room like yours. It is very nice and cozy.
