Wow these are fantastic! Are you using a "quilt as you go" method?

Very cute. I needed a Christmas gift for 3 little boys, age 2, 3 1/2 and almost 5 I didn't know what to give them. I will get Christmas mugs at the $ store and I am making them mug rugs. I think they are the perfet gift.

    What size are your?????

I love this smaller version, the larger ones just are too big for what I use. Thanks for sharing they are adorable.

Thanks everyone, no pattern used, I'm just winging them. Mine range in size from 5.5" x 8.5" to 7" x 9". They're supposed to hold a mug and a snack. Great idea to get a mug and give them as gifts!

I found a few cute snack bowls with snowmen on them at a chain drugstore. Am planning to make a snack mat that matches and give them as coworkers' gifts. In my experience, we teachers get a lot of mugs as gifts and this would be something different. I'm going to put little snack packets (nuts, chocolates etc). in the bowls.

Great idea for little gifts, I like to do something for my neighbors who are always sending things over to me and she would enjoy a set of these.
