Hi Dee,
I live in a small town, and there is not much here to choose from either. The closest quilt shop is an 80 mile round trip, and I have found quilting fabric that I like there, but no border prints. Some shops just don't carry them. Most of my border prints I have bought on-line. I do a search for border print fabrics and stripe fabrics. I would say that almost all of my border prints have been bought on-line.
Hope this helps you. These table runners really are fun to make, and I like how they turn out.

Have fun Dee. I subscribe to the mailing list for a lot of on-line fabric shops, so I find a lot of the border prints that way, too. You will enjoy making these. One of the things I found out is it is a lot easier to put the triangles together and press the seams open instead of pressing to one side or the other. Otherwise you get some real bulky seams.

I made several of these; no pattern just a picture and the 60 degree ruler. I think they are addictive or can be.

Those are two of the most pretty runners I have ever seen. How fun.

The pattern is called Triangle Frenzy Table Runner. I think there are 3 different patterns called Triangle Frenzy, but the one I made is called Table Runner.
