Your sock monkey and grand daughter are so cute. I have a few pairs of socks that I inherited from my mom. I have been wanting to make some monkies but don't have the instructions. Where did you get the instructions?

The instructions I used were on the cardboard that wrapped the socks...but there are various versons of instructions all over the internet. I had done a simple google search of sock monkey pattern, and there were man hits. When I got my socks, I realized I didn't need any of the internet ones because the pattern was there. I really enjoyed making it. Good luck.

cute cute cute ! I have giving these as baby shower gifts, newborn gifts, to homeless children, sold them at craft shows. You have to smile when making a sock monkey..

Congratulations! Looks like they are already loved !

Fun to make!! He's Great!! Yes socks are hard to get and costly.
I was making them awhile back, made about 17 monkeys and 1 Giraffe, 1 elephant. It was just before they came bake in Style again! Made them for my Grankids. Sold some too. The giraffe was my own pattern.
