I made these placemats for Grams 89 birthday this coming Sunday. I forgot to use my embrioder machine to put my name and year on it will it be okay to still do it even though it will be backwards on the other side?

Such pretty fabric and nice job on the matching up of cornors..........I think you can still put your name on it ...just match the colors on the bottom....if you have pokies....use a colored marker to color them....you might try this on a scrap piece of quilt fabric to see how it goes and if it pleases you....Good luck and keep up the great work!....:-)

Or you could applique a small something over the backside. Really...I don't think your gram will mind however you do it. She'll just love them!

Very pretty. Why not put the sentiment on the front? Your granny would love that!
