Here's some of her creations; the bears are about half way down the page on the right. She uses piecing angles that make it look like applique. It's fun but you really have to mark each piece as you cut to know where you're goin'.

SO CUTE. Of course your eye goes completely to the bears but when you pull back and look at the fabrics.. how you took all those and went yup.. these will work together is amazing. And they work together beautifully. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you! She created the pattern originally for a 'save the polar bear' project so that's why her bears are so light. I wanted mine to look more like something you'd see up in our Rocky Mtns where my grand-daughter lives. :)

The sunset in the left top corner and the other blues all around hopefully make the bears stand out even more.
