I think she's going to love it!

I posted a couple days ago about someone I love in recovery for addiction. The person is that girl, my daughter in my avatar. I made this wallhanging for the house where she's living. When she's ready to leave she can take it with her or leave it for those who will follow. It still needs the backing and binding... but i'm so pleased with it. If it posts on it's side, I apologize.

Sweetpeaches: Hugs to you and prayers to your daughter. Life can be so hard, but your wallhanging should give her comfort and tangible evidence of your love and future dreams for her. Job well done, Mom!

Beautiful! Where did you find the serenity prayer panel? I would love to make a wall-hanging for my bedroom with that as a centerpiece!

I found it by googling. The receipt says Block Party Studios, Inc. The serenity prayer panel was only $8.00 and comes with two prayers.

I saw your 1st posting of the fabric and I wondered how you would pull that off. You did a great job. I think your daughter will love it also. I hope each time she reads it, it will inspire and strengthen her. I will be praying for you and your daughter that God will give her the strength to overcome.
I know what you are going through.

God bless you, your daughter, and your whole family. I am sure everyone in the house where she is living will enjoy and love this quilt. The quilt is really beautiful. I love the Serenity Prayer as you can tell.

Thanks so much for all the well wishes. And to the one who sent me a private message, thank you so much. I tried to reply but (ahem) apparently your mailbox is full.

This was my first time making a D9P. I loved how easy and quick it was.
    Thanks again,
    Pat
