Finally! Someone else who had trouble! I was begining to think there was something very wrong with me.

I absolutely love the dog! He just screams to become a block in a little boy's quilt.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments - as always, you all make a gal feel goooood! :D

Lisa - I HAD thought of making these into a lap quilt for a little boy I know back in the UK as a Christmas present. I've been googling like mad for PP patterns in this kind of 'style' so if anyone has any links - I'd be ever so grateful.. :D Oh and anyone got any ideas how you'd place these? Sashing? Squares in between or blocks of some kind? All ideas welcome! :D

Paper piecing is fun! I love your little duck! What's your plan for these? Are you going to do a whole quilt off PP'd animals?

Yes it is - so much so I did another one! This was in two sections (I hadn't had the 'training' in that!) and I messed up the join a little.

I want to make more and do a lap quilt for a little boy, maybe with some other blocks in between? I'm on the look out for ideas - all welcome! :D
