I have been working on this as a QAYG, but now I'm thinking I may just frame the "girls" and these two sections individually and hang them on the wall. I'm not quite sure how I would join them together as a quilt. I intend to read through the whole QAYG thread for ideas.

I bought a new sewing machine and love the stitches in it, so I just used them to outline the leaves and flowers.

I tried shadowing the shapes of the dolls to quilt those panels but it looked like they were in a casket, and the multi-colored thread I used blended in for sections, so I ripped it back out. I'm thinking of just tying with little flower stitches, or learning how to use my embroidery function and embroidering leaves or something.

What do you think of any of these ideas? Thank you for encouraging me.

Thank you Tucky, I'm doubting myself but I keep on working on them.
