I got a catalogue from connecting threads yesterday, and they have fabric with books.

OMG! No - no ideas at all. You wouldn't catch a one of them in my stash! Guess that means some people will buy anything. A smores quilt?

Both of my sons would love any of these fabrics. They are just as odd as your fabrics. But I've no clue what I would do with them.

I think the cans would be a good Kaleidoscope

The mason jar (bug/candy jar) quilt could be made with the marshmallows. I love the first two fabrics and would use them in a border. The wishbone fabric is boring IMHO. Where did you get the crushed can fabric?

I would use the marshmallow fabric for something camping themed. Maybe for the 'filling' of a s'mores quilt? Stack some fabric that looks like graham crackers and some that looks like chocolate? A quick, simple quilt that you can pair with other camping themed fabrics.

I love novelty fabrics and don't have any of these. You could use the cans (view from top) in blocks with some solids. Then I would cut the other cans in lengths for a border. Just go wild with your imagination!

I have no ideas. I am like you it takes some one else to get me to thinking.

I've ordered the crushed cans fabric for my shop. It's by Benartex, but won't be available until July or August (it's a brand new design).
