I'm taking a quilting break and sewing bags instead.

Sewing bags is quite a nice break from quilting. My shoulders needed a rest from shoving that huge quilt through that tiny sewing machine.

The ruffles are what attracted me to this pattern but this bag is H-U-G-E! I cut it down by 3" all over. I could have carried a 6-yr.old in it!

Being skinny isn't easy, so I gave up and opted for being sexy instead. (aunty acid)

I love the outside green print.

I love it!! Something different that we've seen awhile. I'd love to know which pattern it is.

Green bag is McCalls 6367 but way too big for diaper bag unless you want to carry the baby in it too!
Multi-colored bag is Butterick 5506 but would probably be a little too small for diaper bag. I'm no help, huh.

Dark green bag is Mccalls 6367 but I shortened the pattern 3" and it's still h-u-g-e-! Multi-colored bag is Butterick 5506.
