Wow; I'm stunned! That is absolutely gorgeous! You have an extraordinary eye for colors and how to arrange them. This should be hanging in the quilt museum in Paducah. Seriously.

That is absolutely stunning. Great job. It looks tricky to make. But the results were fabulous! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you ladies. The quilt was not hard really. It's all paper pieced and all the paper is left on until the very last, when you have to sew all around the quilt to keep it square. I am a Folk Artist and that helps me tremendously with color placement lol.

Rosey, You are just to much. This is gorgeous, of course.
I took a class many years ago to learn this pattern and this is how far I got:

It is soon to come up on my UFO list, I think there are three in front of it. I really loved working on it and I really did spend mucho bucks on the fabric. It was six classes and every time I went in the store I just had to add several more fabrics to the palette. Now you have me excited all over again!

Thanks for showing you awesome IOP.
peace

EDIT: The date on the pic is 2006. That is seven years languishing in my closet. At least it didn't fade.
