PS The wholecloth Greek Fossils and Nude with Rope are both by the English artist Ferret and are entirely freehand. Just flyin' the flag! ;) :D

the one with the woman in the green drees that looks like its flowing off the quilt,it looks familiar, isnt it actually painted on and the quilting is what makes it look so alive? The Artist (icant remember her name) came to our guild and did a trunk show, absolutely beautiful quilts.the fabric painting actually takes a very long to achieve the desired look,much much longer than piecing it
