this is great. I have EQ7 but havent figured out yet how to do things like that. Great job.

Long live EQ5!! nearly all my quilts start out there!! I may have to take up the challenge to design this block! I love it! and the colors are really well done! Keep it... my husband keeps griping that the quilt I keep on the sofa is only 4 ft long. It is the first quilt I made. No one told me to design first, then buy the right amount of fabric. I bought fat quarters and when I ran out, the quilt was finished! I should make him something like this. Julie, what size is it? and each block?? Hope you don't mind my asking...

I love that design too. (EQ7 here I come!) Your quilt is beautiful, love the colors. Where do you live in NM? I lived in Portales from grades 1-4, a long LONG time ago.

I usually go to bed at 3 or 4 am. This morning I awoke at 5, couldn't go back to sleep, got on this board!! Saw this quilt and next thing I know, I'm in EQ working away. I'm thinking a nautical theme, eh?
