    Default iPad cover

Made a fabric iPad cover this morning! My black store-bought cover was starting to come apart and have always wanted to make one with some pretty fabric. This was a free internet pattern at http://www.chicaandjo.com/2012/03/03/ipad-cover/. The things I did different from the instructions given was to use 1/2 inch black elastic instead of 1 inch, cut off about a scant 1/4 inch from each of the boards that go inside (used the inside boards from an old binder) so about 9.75 inch instead of 10 inch, and used interfacing on the 3 fabric pieces. I love it!

That is great!!! I love the fabric you used on it. That looks way nicer than anything you could buy in a store.

That is so much nicer than a black boring case. What pretty fabric you used.
