Well, I hung on and didn't post the parcel because of that volcano that no one can pronounce. I thought about just posting it, but couldn't help thinking with the sheer volumes of mail that will be piling up things were more likely to get lost.
We had a friend stuck in England who was unable to get home, so I set in my mind that I'd post a couple of days after she managed to fly out. And now she's home, so I'm popping it in the post today. Fingers crossed, the worst of the backlog from here is over and it will get where it is going without delays.

I think that was plain ole good thinking Blue. The ones mailed prior to the volcano eruption are now beginning to show up and I hope nothing got lost in the "pile up". I can't help but think that the mail was piled higher than the planes were stacked. :roll:
