Gwyn, just popped on the board and there was my centre. What a truly beautiful job you have made of it. Thank you so much.

My ladies at the sewing club have come up with a wonderful border and I will download a picture as soon as I get it.

Thank you Gwyn I love it. Elle

Butterfly: I am so glad you like it. I really hesitated on the beading, but once I tried it, it was exactly what I needed.

K: I made a practice run around the outside edge using a 1/4" seam allowance. I discovered that my zipper foot let me sew smoothly without hitting beads.

Yes: They are tiny glass beads in pink, lavendar and yellow. The beading around the butterflies is meant tomatch the applique. It isn't hard to do, just takes time. This is the first time I have ever done beadwork. I always thought it was pretty, but never expected it was really fun too.

I've followed this thread and saw when Gwyn's wonerful center went missing, I'm thrilled to see that it showed up after all! I love the story that goes with it! Yeah for the post office finally coming through. Hopefully there will be no more disappearing quilts!

I didnīt realise it was all beaded as well, how beautiful, thank you for taking the time and effort to do that for me. Elle x
