Glad to hear you are feeling better, I have plenty of other things to work on once I get my machine set up again. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't lost in the mail.

Yes I did. I am so spacie I thought I had posted. I have it hung on the wall in my sewing room as we speak. I think it is telling me a round of green. I found a piece in my stash that I think will work but going to let it decide. I am trying to get caught up on all the other swaps. Sorry I didn't tell you when it came on Monday. It is so much fun watching all these quilt tops grow on the interet.

Chew, I'm assuming that it still looks the same as it did on page 19 of this thread.

A couple of ideas come to mind. If you are comfortable with applique..you could do a round with the flowers and hearts from the center or you could just balance a few motifs on opposite corners...

Or, you could repeat the "steps" on a previous round but bring out the darker green and blue and yellow. You would need to keep in mind that it shouldn't be so strong that the last round couldn't be added easily though..so maybe not overwhelming on the darker colors...

Or...you could bring some longer lines to it and do some stripes with maybe an appliqued heart or flower blocks along to break it up a little...

I'll keep thinking. I know it will finally "talk" to you and probably ask you what took you so long to figure out what language it was speaking! :D:

OH good, I can't wait to see what you and the "top" agreed on. I knew you would figure it out. You still have almost 2 weeks to mail, so you should be good. I bet Esqmommy will be ok either way. :D
