    Island Chain finished

The name of this quilt is Island Chain. It is from Kim Brackett's book Scrap-Basket Sensations. It is made from various batiks I have in my stash. My son chose the color palette as it is for his bed.

Beautiful quilt - doesn't really look 'scrappy' - looks joyfully exuberant

Are those all quilting books & magazines in the bookshelf behind the quilt? Some of us have as much 'stash' of both as we do of fabric. Not me, heavens no. (ok, yes, I do) LOL!

I wish! That's my husbands DVD collection and miscellaneous books. All my quilting books and magazines are in my sewing room. I can't fit the longarm in there ;-)
