So, I started this quilt and now want to make it bigger but I don't want to put plain ole borders on it so, any ideas????

Here it is....

It needs to be quite a bit bigger...

You could always make a border of smaller pinwheels and then another plain border...depends on how much bigger you want to go. Or perhaps a diagonal piano key border...like I said, depends on how big you want to go. You could also do the smaller pinwheels and set the blocks on point and use setting triangles... so many possibilities. Good Luck!

If you have enough fabric you could just repeat the pinwheel pattern and enlarge it to the desired size.

I like the idea of just the 1/2 triangles in an inner border than an outer border with binding. Looks like you have several possibilities there!

No ideas here, but really pretty quilt. I made my first one like it and about the same size, too. I was so glad to get it this far I was not about to try to make it bigger, smaller or any other way. I like it just fine.

I like the idea of piano keys using the orange, brown and white. I think there's enough blue there.

Any simple border using those colors would work for my eye.
