This is a mini quilt I made for my living room end table. It is made from a charm pack of Moda's Botany and a fat quarter of Kona sand (I think). I raw edge appliqued each petal on and pebbled the entire background. This is my first attempt at pebbling and it used an entire spool of thread! My cat likes it too :)

*** Correction*** It's called "Joseph's Coat" not Jacob's ladder. Oopsies, my mistake!

Great design, beautiful colors, fantastic quilting! Y'all must love those cats to let them lay on such gorgeous quilts. Sure, fur comes off, but what if a claw snags a stitch or the edge of an appliqué?

Why is it that our cats want to "try out" our new quilts? Mine loves to lay on new fabric and new quilts or works in progress. That is very nice and a pretty cat too!!!
