I am always much more impressed when I see a fabulous quilt if it is something that I think might be in the realm of possibility for me to do. While I love to look at quilt show art quilts (scenes, etc.), knowing I would/could never do anything like that, I don't enjoy looking at those quite as much. (I hope that doesn't mean that I'm self-centered; I don't think I am???.)
Of course not!! We are ALL DIFFERENT - that is what makes the world an interesting place! I love scrappy quilts and the thought of making a quilt out of only a few fabrics leaves me cold!!!

See - all different!

Wow! I am working on my bright, scrappy version. It is indeed a challenge, and I am enjoying it greatly.

Thank you so much for posting your quilt!!! It gives me some ideas for quilting mine (in progress with the Jane Cyber sew group)...Such an inspiration to keep us all going....it is gorgeous and you did a fabulous job! I sure do agree with the learning part of the quilt. It is above my capabilities, but I'm plugging along and learning a LOT! :D
