Star I love the center with the kids playing! Cute! The vine is really great in that border and the tulips are so pretty!

I got my beeeeuuuuteeeful quilt from Janice today and I was right, it is even better in person!Thank you sooo much Janice and also thanks for the chopsticks, almonds, raisons and that darling little baby rotary cutter! DH keeps saying, "what is that?" I just threw him a few almonds and he quieted right down.  He loves the quilt too..thank you, thank you!
You are so welcome, Patti. I knew you'd love it as much as I love yours!! The almonds and raisins came from within 100 miles of where I live in the Central Valley of CA, the chopsticks (remember little city in a city?) is for San Francisco and Los Angeles, which both have Chinatowns. The little rotary cutter is for anything you want to put it on so other quilters will know who you are!!!

Wow, ladies.....everyone of you has done such a great job on these quilts. This is so fun, not only doing the swap, but seeing what everyone else does. I can't wait for the February quilts to start showing up!!!

Woohoo, tulips and columbines! Both are just stunning!! I'm bowled over by the talent of our little group!

Yes, Janice, I do love them all...I've been to China Town in both LA and San Fran...yummy (but I have to close my eyes walking down the sidewalks  ). The almonds and raisons are gone..but were very tasty!

Hopefully something will come on Monday.
wow how many quilts did you end up making before you decided on this one? I know you changed directon midstream!
    Can't wait to see it!!
I don't know Rhonda, but the squares are now sitting in my scrap bin. lol
This one came out REALLY cute. Hubby says we should keep it lol
I'm not too keen on the quilting on it, but was having a hard time trying to figure that part out. I really hope you like it.
I can post an early picture of it if you'd like.

    Thanks Patti.
I actually bought that ocean fabric back in 2002. Was going to make a shower curtain cover but never got around to it. lol
I've had it sitting on the shelf and then realized it would make a great background for the mini, once I figured out WHAT I was doing. I made it longer because Courtney said I couldn't cut out the dolphins at the bottom of it. lol
