Well i did it-my first UFO for 2010! I started this in december and then got sidetracked with Christmas presents and such. It's a good feeling to finish something. Now I have to make a baby quilt by Feb. 4th.

Wow... love the 3-D effect! Did you have to put some sort of stabalizer on the flowers?

The dimensional flowers are one layer of poinsetta fabric and a backing fabric each with heat and bond ultra ironed on them and then ironed together. then i fussy cut the flowers. then i heated them with the iron and curled the tips around a pencil. thanks for the kind comments.

Here's the funny/sad part-i just put my Christmaqs stuff away yesterday(don't ask why it's so late) and i didn't even think to put this wallhanging in with that stuff. i'm a little hesitant about folding or rolling it so maybe i can just lay it on top of the boxes in the closet and cover it. but it's done-Yeah. thanks to the person that started this challenge.

    Looks great!

Don't feel bad about just putting Christmas away. My stuff is still up. Will get put away when Jan. Doll quilt is in mail.
