Thread: Jeans Rag Quilt

    My daughter moved out and left me all her old jeans....well, she got them all back...hehe....made her a rag quilt out of them.
    Flipped some of the squares to bring some color to the front.

    Wow, great job. My daughter is working on one now. I cut all the blocks for her.

    That is great...did you use flannel on back? I bet daughter will love snuggling under that on a cold evening.

    Thanks!! Yes, I did put batting in between the squares. The squares are 5 inches and the back is cotton.

    I'm saving my son's jeans to do the same for him. I love the backing that you chose. I too am wondering...is your backing flannel and did you use batting?

    Yes, I did use batting and no, it's not flannel on the back. Saw that red bandana fabric and knew it was perfect for the jean rag quilt.
