Here is my first block in this quilt along. I think it will look better when more blocks are added, or at least I hope I will like it better. My sister in TX challenged me to do it with her. Over 100 have posted their blocks on Flickr.

It is a 12" block, the 9patch squares are 2", it was cut from a jelly roll(2 1/2 " wide). I just finished the last block in the quilt along yesterday.
