Thread: Jelly Stars

    I started my jelly stars quilt kit from Connecting Threads. I got the first two stars finished and am working on the rest. They really do lay smooth, but look wrinkled in the pics. These are turning out to be fun. Let me know what you think.

    The colors are great. It looks like a lot of hard work to match all those points.

    I want to try this pattern, but I am afraid of it, lol! I think I am going to keep practicing with my non angled pieces for now....Great job!

    Totally agree with Ninnie's comment on the sashing detail.

    Love the colors and your points and the pattern. Will look forward to seeing more of this one getting pieced and blocks placed together.

    The hardest part was cutting at a perfect 45 degree angle. After that I just pin alot.

    You sound just like me. I was so scared of this pattern. I'm sure you could do it too. Just try it.
