This is indeed a very considerate couple. I have given quilts as gifts and never had them acknowledged. And so that is their last quilt from me.

Wonderful quilt - wonderful manners - thank you for sharing your story! Don't want to hijack your post - but I had a horrible experience and wish that it would have had a happy ending like yours.

This is such a beautiful quilt and I am so happy for you that they acknowlegd the quilt. I looked at the Yellow Brick Road quilt and can't see your interpretation of that in this quilt, but will keep looking to find a different variation because I really like this pattern. And good for you for keeping all those fabrics in the right order. Your quilt is beautiful.
