A long time ago when I was in Brownies we made "muffs" out of tomato juice cans. I forgot what we covered it with but it felt furry. I loved that thing!!! :D:D:D

A hundred years ago, when I was a teenager in 4-H, we made these. We had to make boiled wool, ran it through some gizmo to cut it into strips, then made hooked loop tops. I remember the fabric on the side of mine was a dark gold, the top had a floral pattern. Long gone, thrown away I'm sure.

Looks good. My grandmother had one and I loved putting it on its side and rolling it around and my body over it! I'm 67, so guess they have been around a long time!

I love your footstool! My grandmother made these. I have a friend who made a booster seat out of tuna cans for her grandchildren, very cute!
