The batting that I used was some type of medium weigth poly I think called "mountian mist" probably from Joannes. I tossed the bag so not sure but any med loft poly will work, if you do not quilt it to much it will puff up almost like trapunto.

The corner star blocks are made from Ricky Tims "open flying geese" tutorial, and I just quilted heavily in the star part and left that corners and points unquilted. I found the tutorial on this board a while back. The easiest flying geese I have ever done.

I am visiting one of the grandbabies in California this week, but when I get back I will post a copy of the pattern, It is very simple called 5 Yard quilt I cut it down because it is for a twin size quilt
