    I think that's what they are cause the 61 pieces have a small hole in the upper corners where maybe a hook or loop attached them together at one time.

    very nice selection...I found one measley piece of fabric at goodwill the other day. My store very rarely has fabric.

    My Goodwill, Salvation Army, and Thrift stores never have fabric. I found poly fiberfill: full bag unopened for $5.00 and one opened for $3.00. A bag of 8 buttons for $4.50. Too steep for me.
