    Just beginning...

The attached picture is the beginnings of a Celtic Trinity Knot quilt. The CTKs that I have seen have all had light backgrounds so I hope this works out. The quilt is for my sister and she wants hunter green and burgundy. The picture is the fabric and I attached a PDF of "The Plan". Wish me luck.

Best wishes, it will be very beautiful with a unique twist with a darker background. With quilting, you are the boss.

I will be interested to see this completed. The fabric is lovely.

First block done. There are 15 total so if I do one a day I will still have time to quilt it before Christmas. I have all my mistakes made now so everything will be smooth sailing from here. Oops, Piccture is sideways, turn counter clockwise.

BSKTLOFR-Quilter you are going to keep me on my toes. When I read your post I knew I was in trouble. LOL
This is the first time I have done a quilt that is made entirely of small pieces....it's interesting. Alas, I dare say that imperfections are just as warm as perfection. This is the second block (81 pieces in each block) and the first put together and you can start to see the pattern coming out.

Disaster has stuck! I am so sick I can't even sit up without getting dizzy. Thank goodness Christmas is still two weeks away. On the bright side, my sister is so sick she may not be able to come for Christmas.

I'm pretty much back to the land of the living but soooooooo behind the eight ball now. I am thinking the best I can do now is to finish the top and let her open that with a promise of quilting the week after.
