    Just Finished Ivanhoe

Just finished this simple scrap quilt. I named it Ivanhoe because for some reason it reminds me of one of my favorite movies when I was young - Ivanhoe with Robert Taylor and I think Elizabeth Taylor. It has been awhile since I've seen the movie.

Fun, scrappy quilt. OMG, is it all hand-pieced as well as hand-quilted? What an accomplishment!

put off till tomorrow what you can do today, and if you procrastinate long enough, you may never have to do it.

I like Ivanhoe. He brought back a nice memory, of the first quilt I ever owned, for me. Beautiful.

This looks great, love the fabrics.

Yes, it is hand pieced and hand quilted. It is 60" X 60" and I used flannel for the stuffing. The flannel was easy to quilt but it is a heavier quilt than if I had used another type of stuffing. Now to work on the next scrappy. And thanks for all the nice comments.

Refreshing, clean look to your Ivanhoe quilt. The hand quilting is a labor of love, and you've done nicely with that!
